The mentioned tool requires the customer to provide a credit card during the reservation process. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. If notified 24 hours in advance, the tickets can be refunded or modified within a 3-month period.
In any case, the decision to apply or not the penalty is at the discretion of Las Olas Showroom and not of the reservation engine we operate through TuriTop.
The reservation process will only be possible via the internet for external clients, either through our website lasolasshowroom.com or through our TuriTop profiles. For more information, the terms and conditions of TuriTop are available for booking.
Hotel guests may continue to book as usual (through Reception, PR, Webapp, etc.).
